1. Relationship Manager
No of posts: 314 [GEN:126, OBC:70, SC:54, ST:33, EWS:31]
Age Limit: 23- 35 years as of 01.08.2021.
Educational Qualification: Graduates from Government recognized universities or institutions.
Experience: Post-qualification experience of minimum 3 Years as a Relationship Manager in Wealth Management with leading Public/ Private/ Foreign Banks/ Broking/ Security firms. The candidate should have adequate experience in building and managing relationships with High-Net-worth Clients (having a minimum Total Relationship Value (TRV) of Rs 20.00 Lakh)
2. Relationship Manager (Team Lead)
No of posts: 20 [GEN:8, OBC:6, SC:2, ST:2, EWS:2]
Age Limit: 28- 40 years as of 01.08.2021.
Experience:
1. Post qualification experience of minimum 8 years in relationship management in wealth management with leading Public/ Private/ Foreign Banks/ Broking/ Security firms.
2. Experience as a Team Lead is preferred
3. Customer Relationship Executive
No of posts: 217 [GEN:88, OBC:57, SC:35, ST:16, EWS:21]Age Limit: 20- 35 years as of 01.08.2021.
Educational Qualification: Graduates from Government recognized universities or institutions.
Experience:Experience in documentation requirements of financial products and good communications skills would be desirable.
4. Investment Officer
No of posts: 12 [GEN:5, OBC:4, SC:1, ST:1, EWS:1]Age Limit: 28- 40 years as of 01.08.2021.Educational Qualification: Graduates/ Post Graduates from Government recognized universities or institutions.
Mandatory: Certification by NISM/CWM
Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience as an investment advisor/counselor/ part of the product team in a Wealth Management organization.
5. Central Research Team (Product Lead)
No of posts: 2 [GEN:1, OBC:1]
Age Limit: 30- 45 years as of 01.08.2021.Educational Qualification: MBA/PGDM from recognized College/University or CA/CFA
Preferred: NISM Investment Advisor/ Research Analyst Certificate/CFP( As of 01/08/2021)
Experience: Minimum 5 years post qualification experience in Equity Research/ Products experience in Wealth Management/ AMC (Mutual Funds)/ Banks.
6. Central research Team (Support)
No of posts: 2 [GEN:2]
Age Limit: 25- 35 years as of 01.08.2021.
Educational Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate in – Commerce/ Finance/ Economics/ Management/ Mathematics/ Statistics from Government recognized University or Institution.
Experience: Candidate should have post qualification experience of minimum 3 years work experience in financial services providing support to Research/ Publications departments.
7. Executive (Document Preservation-Archives)
No of posts: 1 [GEN:1]
Age Limit: 30 years as of 01.10.2021.
Educational Qualification:
M.A.(History) with one optional paper in Modern Indian History (Post 1750 period) from a recognized University OR
M.A. in other streams of social Sciences i. e. Anthropology, Economics, Political Science, Sociology, Linguistics from recognized University OR
M.Sc. in Applied/ Physical Sciences from a recognized University.
Professional Qualifications Certificate (Compulsory): Diploma Course in Archives and Records Management (At Professional Level) from National Archives of India.
Experience: Minimum one year experience in care and conservation of paper records or archives section of an organization/institution.
8. Manager (Marketing) (MMGS-III)
No of posts: 12 [GEN:7, OBC:3, SC:1, ST:0, EWS:1]
Age Limit: 40 years as of 01.07.2021.
Educational Qualification: Full-time MBA/ PGDBM or its equivalent with specialization in Marketing/ Finance from Institutes recognized/ approved by Govt. bodies/ AICTE/ UGC. Course completed through correspondence/part-time will not be eligible.
Experience: Minimum 5 years post qualification experience as an executive in supervisory/ management role in the field of marketing of digital and other financial products in a:
a) Scheduled Commercial Bank or
b) Public sector or listed Financial Institution/ Company
9. Deputy Manager (Marketing)
No of posts: 26 [GEN:13, OBC:6, SC:4, ST:1, EWS:2]
Age Limit: 35 years as of 01.07.2021.
Educational Qualification: Full-time MBA/ PGDBM or its equivalent with specialization in Marketing/ Finance from Institutes recognized/ approved by Govt. bodies/ AICTE/ UGC. Course completed through correspondence/part-time will not be eligible.
